About this app
Dextra TMS is an app for delivery couriers and logistics companies. It helps them manage routes and update order statuses.
FEATURES
• Route on the map: all stops for the day, indicating the order, type (delivery or pickup), and addresses. You can see where you are now and where to go next.
• One-touch statuses: "Departed," "Arrived," "Completed" — with a swipe, without unnecessary dialogs and confirmations.
• Complete offline mode: the route, orders, and status updates are saved on the device. As soon as a connection is established, everything is automatically sent to the dispatcher — nothing gets lost.
• Background coordinate transfer: the dispatcher sees your route progress in real time and can adjust the order or contact you if necessary.
• Order information: recipient contact information with one-touch call option, cargo composition, and actual quantities upon completion.
• Navigation: launch a route in Yandex.Maps, 2GIS, or Apple Maps.
• Three languages: Russian, Kazakh, and English.
• Support for variable conditions: device time check, session recovery after connection loss, and protection against data loss upon restart.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The app is designed for couriers of companies using the Dextra TMS platform. To log in, you need the username and password provided by your company's dispatcher. If you are a courier and would like to connect, please contact your employer.
PRIVACY
Geolocation is shared only with your dispatcher and is used solely for route monitoring. We do not share data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with data brokers. For more information, see the privacy policy.

• iOS 13 or later
• An active courier account in the Dextra TMS system
• Permission to use geolocation (including background)
