A mobile work app for sales representatives and employees of the Dudar distribution company in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The app is designed exclusively for Dudar LLP employees and contractors and is used daily in the field to plan customer visits, place orders, and monitor route execution.
The app does not support self-registration. An account is created automatically based on data from the company's HR system. Login is completed using a phone number and a one-time confirmation code sent via WhatsApp.
Features:
• Today's route — the optimal sequence of customer visits, calculated based on the geolocation of retail outlets, order history, and priorities.
• Route map — a visualization of the daily plan with notes on completed, ongoing, and upcoming visits.
• Customer database — search, filter, and customer profile (address, contacts, order history, current accounts receivable, segment).
• Order processing — product catalog with current prices and inventory, automatic discount calculation according to 1C rules, control
of shipping conditions and minimum order quantities.
• Visit tracking — linking visits to GPS coordinates and time for auditing and performance evaluation.
• Offline mode — placed orders and recorded visits are saved locally and automatically sent to the server when internet access is available.
• Statistics and ratings — daily and cumulative indicators for sales plans, route completion, and achievements.
Data security:
All data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS/TLS channel. The server infrastructure is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Local data on the device is stored in isolated secure storage and is automatically deleted when you log out.
