About this app
noki is an app for employees whose companies already use noki. It allows you to clock in and out of work using a photo and geolocation, view your work schedule, and track your own time statistics.
Log in using the credentials provided by your employer.
Clocking in and out
• Click the button, take a quick photo, and your clock-in is recorded.
• Your location is recorded when you clock in and out to confirm that you are within the work geofence.
• If you are too far from the work geofence, the app will warn you before sending. Clock-ins outside the geofence are marked and saved.
• The "Check-in" button becomes active automatically within the window defined by your schedule. At the end of the workday, the button notifies you that the day has ended.
Your schedule
• View your workdays for the current and future months in the calendar.
• Each day is marked as "Office," "Remote," "Day Off," or "Holiday." • The start and end times of the current workday are always visible on the main screen.
Personal Analytics
• View your check-in log and personal statistics for a week, month, year, or any custom period.
• Track totals for lateness, early departures, overtime, absences, check-ins outside the geofence, and auto-check-ins.
• Open a record to see when it was recorded.
Profile and Account
• View personal information (name, job title, start date, phone number) and your company data as configured by your employer.
• Switch the interface between Russian and English.
• Themes: Light, Dark, System.
• Biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) for quick access.
• Password recovery via email.
• Delete your account directly from the app.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Nokia account issued by your employer. • Camera permission — for tagged photos.
• Geolocation permission — to confirm your location within the work geofence.
If your company doesn't yet use noki, submit a request through our website https://noki.kz
