Ratings and reviews

After updating this app, it deleted my previous record and the money that was in my virtual card was gone. I'm trying to make a new one but it is giving me a message error. UPDATE: I uninstalled it and gave me more issues. I can no longer open it. It is giving an error message again.

App doesn't update on the screen, you need to keep closing it and opening it to see buses moving. English language on the app is poor quality, maybe school children wrote it.

It was all good until today my virtual card just disappeared? I reinstalled the app, tried creating another one, but it was useless. Is there anything that might've caused the problem? Edit: it got fixed, thanks!
