I've been using onay for so long and it's been a great help! But recently I deleted the app's data and the app itself and downloaded it again. When I try to open the app, it tells me to choose a city but there are no cities! And it stays like that for a while and then it shows an error and just stays like that. It's been a week since I couldn't use the app. Please help me solve the problem as soon as possible. thanks!

Just last summer I could top up my card with my Finnish bank card/ credit card. Now it's not possible. Also, as a tourist who visits Kazakhstan several times a year, I need to buy a new prepaid card every time I arrive in Kazakhstan. But changing the phone number also is not possible in Onay! app. I hope these problems will be fixed soon because Kazakhstan wants more tourists to arrive but such problems aren't helping.

I can't use it as a tourist. I don't have a local number

- You can now issue a virtual discounted transport card for children aged 7 to 18 directly in the ONAY! app. The card is issued instantly and is always available in the mobile app.
