Polars is an industrial company app: news and job openings are accessible to everyone, and employees log in to their personal dashboard.
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
• Company news: recruitment, shift schedule changes, safety
• Open positions: job title, schedule, pay range, and terms
• Response in two fields—name and phone number; HR will call back automatically
FOR EMPLOYEES (access granted by the employer)
• Tasks from the manager: deadline and status are clearly visible. The manager doesn't need to type—they speak, the app deciphers them and breaks them down by task handler, purpose, and deadline.
• Work chat and groups: photos and documents directly from the camera
• Supply requests: simple kanban from request to delivery
• Dormitory and kitchen: daily menu and food reviews for those living on shift
• Training: occupational safety courses—video, text, PDF. Materials are always at hand
• Profile: Full name and job title from HR records
• AI analytics for managers and accounting: questions in plain English ("how much was paid last month," "what is the team doing today") and answers in a table that can be downloaded

HOW TO LOG IN AS AN EMPLOYEE
There's no self-registration: the employer creates the account. Login is by phone number—a code is sent to Telegram from a company bot; if the administrator has provided a password for the portal, you can log in with it. Your company's server is selected on the login screen, so one app works for all companies on the platform.
