1. overall experience: very slow working app and not convenient. 2. other issues: added products to the basket, then proceeded to the basket - it was empty! and the was a message - something went wrong - go the main page. tried to chat and asked, "Added goods to the basket are not shown there, how to fix it" I got the response from robot "I don't understand your question", but at least gave me option "connect to the operator". but operator does not work 24/7. hence, no chance! uninstalled app
