Clear bookkeeping for managers -
This is an application for entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan that allows you to view information on financial indicators conveniently and quickly. Instead of understanding complex 1C, you can see the basic information you need in the palm of your hand. The accounting department continues to work with their usual 1C, and the manager uses a convenient mobile tool integrated with the cloud service Accounting. This application will help the manager to always be aware of the important indicators of his business: to see who the company owes and who owes it, to get acquainted with the income and expenses for the specified period, not to forget about the obligations to employees and the tax office, and much more.


Thanks to a simple interface, you can easily track the movement of money, get tabular reports on your financial condition.

Main sections:
-Finance
Income - displays the total amount of sales of goods or services for the specified period. This is NOT the receipt of money on current accounts and cash desks.
Expense - the total amount according to the documents provided by your suppliers (services and goods). This is NOT the withdrawal of money from current accounts and cash.

-Money movement
This section shows the receipts and expenditures of funds for all current accounts and cash desks. The data is divided into "bank" and "cash desk".

-Sales
This section displays sales figures. The data comes from documents for the sale of goods and services. You can see sales by product / service and customer name.

- Debts
This shows how much money you owe your counterparties and how much money you owe you. All data is formed according to the principle of the "Reconciliation Act". By clicking on the indicator, you will see the TOP-10 from the general list.

-Liabilities
This section shows other obligations. If the indicator is red, this is our debts, if it is green, we owe it. Tax liabilities are indicated only those that can be calculated in advance or that are accrued in your 1C database.
