The Tourist Information Center was established in 2012 in order to improve the quality of tourism services. This is the first state free information service on tourism in the East Kazakhstan region.
The main goal of the center is to provide tourists with information, promote the tourism potential of the region, organize and conduct events, and produce printed materials (brochures, booklets, maps, guides).
The Center contributes to the development of domestic tourism and the promotion of tourism products of East Kazakhstan in the domestic and foreign markets.
