The app and user experience is fine but could be better. The main issue for me is with online payment. Everytime I need to pay online, I need to delete the card from before, make sure I save it again, the insert credentials twice. It's pretty inconvenient. If I dont do this everytime I order it shows an error message or that my order has already been submitted when it hasn't. Please fix.

The UI is terrible, the use of labels instead of text input hints is very confusing. Some fields render as drop-down but are in fact just normal text input fields. The activation code was so slow to reach my mail, that I eventually went to McDonald's myself, and only received the email 30 minutes after returning home. The sloppiness of the app is a fine example as to why non-native apps are bad. Hire a proper Android developer! Try pausing and resuming the app after getting an error dialog.

It's been over 25 minutes & I haven't gotten my confirmation code via sms or email. In all cases the app is very slow and if I could rate it with no stars I would. I ordered through the call center and placed my complaint, the operator was very pleasant and informed her management and their reply was: "the app works" Dear Mc Delivery, I would like to inform you that your customer service should extend to your customers ordering online as well! My experience was unacceptable in this day and age!
