Absolutely amazing collection and versatile range of clothes. Though the product takes a lot of time to be delivered which after checking thoroughly I understand their reason. But I had to exchange my order and they charged extra for it which I've never seen before in any other platforms and it's prepaid so there's no option to cancel the exchange afterwards which I find very problematic. Other than that the app is really good about updates and customer services.

I recently ordered from Littlebox and honestly had a really good experience. The clothes were trendy, affordable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The quality was better than expected for the price, and the fit was comfortable too. Delivery was smooth, and the packaging was neat. Perfect if you like stylish outfits without spending too much.

I did order from Littlebox before and thought why not more, but turns out if you want to exchange or return stuff, which this time I had to, the App and the "customer service" which is little to non-existent will be a nightmare to handle. 1'st you have to pay an extra Rs. 100 to exchange your stuff, okay fine, but it's been a month and nothing is happening. Their Delhivery partner is absolutely trash, which we all know, they cancel pickup as they please and Littlebox does nothing to help.
