Absolutely amazing collection and versatile range of clothes. Though the product takes a lot of time to be delivered which after checking thoroughly I understand their reason. But I had to exchange my order and they charged extra for it which I've never seen before in any other platforms and it's prepaid so there's no option to cancel the exchange afterwards which I find very problematic. Other than that the app is really good about updates and customer services.

Absolutely horrible experience with Little Box hands down one of the worst online shopping apps out there. First, they took **2 weeks just to ship the order**, which is already unacceptable. But when the package finally arrived, it was a complete disaster **every single item was either wrong or the wrong size**. I spent around ₹4000 and didn’t receive even one correct product.

Worst! I ordered 3 tops from this brand, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The delivery took much longer than promised, and the quality of the products was very poor the material feels cheap and not worth the price at all. I had to return 2 items due to sizing issues, and they charged ₹100 for the return/exchange, which is unfair. Even after paying the fee, I still haven’t received the exchanged product. To make things worse, there has been no reply from their support.
