Very disappointing experience. I placed an order but accidentally selected the wrong payment method, and there was no option to cancel or modify the order from the app. I even tried contacting customer support, but they were not helpful at all and did not resolve my issue. A basic cancellation option should be available for customers, especially before the order is dispatched. This lack of support and flexibility makes the whole shopping experience frustrating. Would not recommend this app!

My orders have mostly arrived within the expected delivery timeframe mentioned on the app. The packaging has always been neat and secure with no damage to the clothes. I liked that I received regular updates about the order status which made tracking easy. Even when one order took a little longer the app showed accurate information, so I wasn’t left guessing. The delivery experience has been consistent and dependable.

Extremely frustrating experience with Littlebox. I placed an order for a top and the order is still showing “yet to be dispatched.” There is no estimated delivery date and the status has not changed at all. I chose autopay on delivery, but the item hasn’t even been shipped yet. What makes it worse is that customer support is completely unresponsive.
