Hi Little Box Team, ​I am writing because I am extremely frustrated with a technical glitch in your app. I received my order today, #1643210 but the app was showing "In Transit" and wouldn't let me request an exchange for a larger size. ​To fix the glitch, I reinstalled the app, and now my entire order history has disappeared. I cannot see my order at all. ​I need to exchange my Medium for a size Large as the fit is way too small. Since I only have 7 days to exchange, please do something.

A very bad experience indeed.. it has been more than 1 month and my order is still not fulfilled although it was a prepaid order. There is no way you can talk in person to the customer care on call and the WhatsApp help desk is also mostly custom messages. After 1 month, when the order was still not dispatched, I requested them if they could change the delivery address and yet they were not willing to do it. The company does not care about the customers time and doesn't stick to company policy.

This is really very frustrating. Although my item has already been delivered and the system correctly shows the status as Delivered. I am unable to raise an exchange request because it's displaying “Item not delivered.”At the same time, the return/exchange window is reducing daily. I have been waiting for a response from customer support for over two hours, there is no call support option available either.I request you to please resolve this issue and ensure that I'm not denied my return request
