My points expired !!! I had so many points/coffees & defeats the whole purpose of a loyalty program. Also, why can't you just easily get the points with a simple scan, everytime you have to give your phone number, & make sure it's right...It's just not as handy as other loyalty programs #JustSayin

After the update , it just stopped working, I lost one punch card and 2 20% percent discount because they will expire and I still can't access my account. So pissed. The cafe and food are ok in general, but still, if the loyality program and offers don't work, I can't continue to be a customer.

They need to re-check the quality of their products and meals. Chef's unable to make a difference between grilled and fried French fries. Spending more than 30mins to wait for the order, and 10min to solve the issue, And still the same problem.
