There is an issue with this app that it doesn't show purchases I've made. when paying the bill i always show staff my identification number, and i do get the bill with my name on it. so i assume this purchase will count towards my point tally. but three times in the past month this hasn't happen. my numbers in the app haven't changed. i talked to staff and they couldn't help and i don't blame them. all this gives the impression that this app is a bit of a scam. i do like Paul restaurant btw.

I am still encountering difficulties with the registration process for your application. I have attempted to reach out via email and other channels, but the issue remains unresolved.
