I'm sorry to say, but as much as I love Paul's food, I hate this appp. It's beyond disappointing! Navigating through the app, as most of the pages are blank, gets really frustrating. All one can do is check out the menu. No option of ordering online, just to make a call. Why bothering developing the app in the first place if that's all it offers?

This app never loads fast, only at slower rate than a turtle. It should load an updated total points and "redeem points" interface first, this way the user is not frustrated from the long wait for the menu to load

App is down now for several weeks. And there is no way to reconnect to it or to keep collecting points. Staff at the restaurants are power less and encounter system breakdown as well.
