There is an issue with this app that it doesn't show purchases I've made. when paying the bill i always show staff my identification number, and i do get the bill with my name on it. so i assume this purchase will count towards my point tally. but three times in the past month this hasn't happen. my numbers in the app haven't changed. i talked to staff and they couldn't help and i don't blame them. all this gives the impression that this app is a bit of a scam. i do like Paul restaurant btw.

worst app I download, I have previous account but due to phone replacement I cannot retrieve ny acct. trying to create new acct. but it keeps on appearing something went wrong🙄..

I'm sorry to say, but as much as I love Paul's food, I hate this appp. It's beyond disappointing! Navigating through the app, as most of the pages are blank, gets really frustrating. All one can do is check out the menu. No option of ordering online, just to make a call. Why bothering developing the app in the first place if that's all it offers?
