Worked at first and my son loved it, but then it stopped working. Character just floats on screen and nothing else happens no matter what we try. Even uninstalled and installed again, but no luck.

the app is great and I love Vatts, but I'm have technical problems and customer support refuses to speak to me so I am giving 1 star for right now.
