New update rendered the application practically useless, no longer can you do basic things like requesting a prescription refill for your regular medication(Its not even a bug, there is just no option/button for that) You can't even send a request/message to the family doctor(just gives you a phone number to call to schedule a visit). Please revert back to a working version so patients can have something while you test the new one yourselves(I am not a lab 🐁)

Awful. Inconsistent. Every time there is an update you have to change PW. but not on the computer. Really bad app. Messages on open flash screen cannot he read. Medical documents are corrupted or empty when trying to download. No alert to update even tho it has to be updated VERY frequently. Can't upload documents in letter to doctor. At least 10 years behind the times.

When I try to get the code it doesn't show the panel where you need to put the code in, it says its loading and then nothing changes. When it does log me in it shows me the email section, doesn't let me press anything and then logs me out. I'm frustrated, I need an appointment as quick as possible and I can't call in the middle of the night!
