Awful. Inconsistent. Every time there is an update you have to change PW. but not on the computer. Really bad app. Messages on open flash screen cannot he read. Medical documents are corrupted or empty when trying to download. No alert to update even tho it has to be updated VERY frequently. Can't upload documents in letter to doctor. At least 10 years behind the times.

Awful!!! Most of the time there's an error when i log in or the finger print not working Doesn't show doctors in some times when i want to make an appointment Please fix your app its unusable

When I try to get the code it doesn't show the panel where you need to put the code in, it says its loading and then nothing changes. When it does log me in it shows me the email section, doesn't let me press anything and then logs me out. I'm frustrated, I need an appointment as quick as possible and I can't call in the middle of the night!
