Rented a scooter without realizing it was almost dead. Got far enough away from the return zone that it took significant effort to drag it back with a locked up wheel. Was unable to end the ride and then charged $18 for a ride that ended in the same place it started. This company will con you if there is any connectivity issue.

Kind of confused it keeps trying to take me to a complete other state I just have rode these the last two days kind of odd Not sure what the bug is about but it keeps trying to take me to complete different say that I don't even live that when I hit the location tab haha nothing's wrong with my location or phone so just thought I'd say something other than that I enjoy writing the scooters They're in excellent condition and well maintained and charged.
