app won't auto update. I have to uninstall and reinstall to attempt to update the app, and even then it doesn't work. this app is super buggy, especially with dark mode enabled.

would not let me end my ride. tried to log out and log back in, but it won't let me log in now.

The scooters are fun to ride and convenient. I'm visiting a small town for the summer and have to walk everywhere. It's nice to be able to locate scooters, pay for the ride, and do everything in a single app. I even had a problem with one scooter and was able to handle communication with customer service (and processing my refund) via the app and a quick email.
