Do not use this company. I rode this scooter for less then 10 minutes and was charged $40.

The scooters are fun to ride and convenient. I'm visiting a small town for the summer and have to walk everywhere. It's nice to be able to locate scooters, pay for the ride, and do everything in a single app. I even had a problem with one scooter and was able to handle communication with customer service (and processing my refund) via the app and a quick email.

I recommend to NOT download this app. Because the app will mess up to where no matter where the scooter is, it won't let you park it. So then you end up getting charged about $270 because nobody woulf answer the damn phone when it was clearly an emergency. So they refund you the money but then take it right back off.
