The scooters are fun to ride and convenient. I'm visiting a small town for the summer and have to walk everywhere. It's nice to be able to locate scooters, pay for the ride, and do everything in a single app. I even had a problem with one scooter and was able to handle communication with customer service (and processing my refund) via the app and a quick email.

Scooter is too slow. Topped out at 13 mph with an average of maybe 9. Half the time there are no scooters available. I told them about a scooter that was being kept on private property and they didn't retrieve it for over a week. I can't even tell if they're still in business; there's just no scooters most of the time.

I recommend to NOT download this app. Because the app will mess up to where no matter where the scooter is, it won't let you park it. So then you end up getting charged about $270 because nobody woulf answer the damn phone when it was clearly an emergency. So they refund you the money but then take it right back off.
