erp.li Restaurant turns an Android tablet into the front counter of your restaurant, running on top of your own Odoo server. Waiters take orders at the table, the kitchen gets its ticket, the cashier settles the bill, and the shift closes with a counted drawer. All of it is written straight into Odoo, with no separate database to reconcile at the end of the night.
FLOOR PLAN
- Tables drawn in their real shapes and real positions, section by section
- Colour, border and text say the state together: free, seated, order sent, paid and waiting to be cleaned
- A table left too long without a new item turns red and is listed under "needs attention"
- Reserve a free table with a name and a note instead of opening an empty order
- Move an order to another table, merge two tables, or split one bill into several
ORDERS
- Menu by category, a most-ordered tab computed from the running shift, and search by dish name or barcode
- Required and optional option groups (size, doneness, extras) with the price updating as you choose
- Ready kitchen notes ("no onion", "extra spicy") plus free text, and a guest note kept apart from the team's own
- Attach a customer to the order for the receipt and the account
- Courses: hold a dish back, fire the next course by hand, or let it fire automatically once the previous one has been served
KITCHEN PRINTING
- Tickets are routed by category: each station prints what it cooks
- A ticket carries the difference, never the whole line: order two, add a third, and the kitchen reads "1"
- Cancel a fired item and the kitchen gets the correction, with a reason and a manager behind it
- A fallback printer catches anything the routing does not cover, so nothing is silently dropped
- Network, USB, Bluetooth and built-in ESC/POS printers, with Arabic printed correctly and bilingual receipts
- A print queue you can read: what is waiting, what failed, and a button to send it again
PAYMENT
- Cash, card and any payment method configured in Odoo, split across several payments
- Split the bill equally, by item, or by a typed amount
- Pay later on account, behind a manager approval
- Saudi e-invoicing: the ZATCA TLV QR code is printed on the customer receipt
SHIFTS AND CASH
- Open and close the session by counting the drawer in pieces (three 500 notes, not "1500"), because that is what the cashier's hand actually does
- The difference appears in amber before you commit, not after
- Cash in and out during the shift, each movement with its reason and its owner
- Z report and shift history, and a manager dashboard for the phone
WORKS OFFLINE
The network goes down mid-service more often than anyone admits. Orders started on the tablet stay on the tablet, kitchen tickets are printed by the device itself, and everything is pushed to the server the moment the connection returns. The screen always says whether you are looking at the server's numbers or the device's.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH
The whole interface is bilingual, right-to-left in Arabic and left-to-right in English, switched per device from the top bar. Receipts can print in both languages at once.
WHAT YOU NEED
This app is a client for Odoo and is available exclusively to Sadeem Cloud hosting clients. It needs an Odoo database hosted on Sadeem Cloud, where our team installs and activates the Sadeem Restaurant module. The module is not published on the Odoo Apps store, and there is no separate license or price: the app and the module are included with your hosting. It is not a standalone point of sale and will not work without a server to connect to.
