Security

The app meets high security standards. Your data and approvals are protected using two-factor authentication. Detailed security information can be found in the app or on our websites.
What you need
• A device PIN or biometric protection (e.g. fingerprint)
• A mobile device with Android 10.0 or newer (recommended: Android 16.0)

Please contribute to your security by following these recommendations
• Enable the “auto-lock” function on your mobile device
• Only activate Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when needed; avoid public Wi-Fi networks
• Never leave your mobile device unattended
• Use a secure password and keep it confidential
• Always log in using your personal credentials only in the LLB Banking App – never in a third-party app
• Never disclose your security credentials. LLB will never ask you via email or other channels to provide them
• Always use the latest version of your operating system and the LLB Banking App
