HOW IT WORKS
1. Profile & Goal: You enter your performance data (FTP, HRmax, threshold pace) and define your race goal.
2. Plan: The AI generates a periodized training plan in 4-week blocks — Build, Peak, Recovery.
3. Adjustments: Strava and WHOOP data are automatically integrated. Missed or rescheduled sessions will change the next plan.
4. Race Day: The phase logic (Base → Development → Peak → Taper → Race) guides you to peak performance.

• Polarized 80/20 — 80% in Zones 1–2, 20% in Zones 4–5, minimum Zone 3 (gray zone avoidance)
• Coggan power zones (Z1–Z7) for cycling, heart rate zones (Z1–Z5) for all disciplines
• 4-week block periodization: Build → Build → Peak → Recovery
• Automatic phase adjustment: Base, Development, Peak, Taper, Competition
• Recovery as a requirement — structured rest days, hard-day spacing, taper doctrine
