**Disappointing Experience with Libas Shopping App** I ordered a kurta set on the 23rd, and after 6-7 days, there has been no update on my order. I’ve tried calling the help line multiple times, but I’m getting no assistance. It’s frustrating that I can’t even cancel my order, and my payment is still stuck. This has been a really inconvenient experience, and I expected better service. Would not recommend.

WORST BRAND AND APP. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!! We ordered 3 suits from which one was missing and it was a pre-paid order. After following up for almost 30 days they took no responsibility for it. We have recently seen people complaining about the same on various platforms and it seems that once you pay for a product, the brand does not care about any customer support.
