IC Ally Lite helps you keep a personal record of life with interstitial cystitis (IC). Record symptoms, triggers, flares and journal entries, then review your records over time.
Keep your records close
Your tracking records are saved on your device. Lite does not require a tracking account or automatically sync your health records to a server. Save regular full backups somewhere safe so you can restore your records if you change phones or lose access to your device.
Review and export
Create summaries for a chosen period and save selected records as CSV files or PDF reports. Reports describe the records you entered; they do not diagnose a condition or recommend treatment. Use Full Backup to preserve everything, including imported archive sections that are not displayed in tracking screens.
Bring records from the original IC Ally
Import a compatible IC Ally account export. Supported tracking sections become available in Lite. Other original sections are preserved in the imported archive and included in full backups; they are not all active Lite features. Keep your original export as well as your new backup.
Learn offline
Read included guides and articles without an internet connection. Optional links open additional resources in your browser, where the website's privacy practices apply.
Optional reminders
Set a daily reminder to check in. Notifications depend on your device settings and may arrive later than the chosen time.
You control saved files
Backups and reports may contain sensitive information and are not password-protected by Lite. Keep them private. Choosing a cloud storage destination or sharing a file sends it through the service you choose.
