Ratings and reviews

Not great. Perhaps better than most insurance apps, but that is a low bar. It is slow and clunky. Chats disappear if app is moved to the background and you have to restart. Need to login ALL THE TIME! Everything you open the app, in the middle of using the app (logged out in the middle of a chat with support). Trying to figure out how to do what you want to do is not intuitive (even after I've done it a few times in the past). Marketplace is overpriced.

After the recent update, this apps became such a trash. Keeps crashing and logging me out. Now I have to log in every single time I use. Even if it's accidentally closed or I use a different apps for 2 seconds and come back to this, it logs me out. This logging out issue has been pervasive almost from the beginning of the year. Do you even test once you make an update? Are you even aware of these errors and trying to fix? I am considering a strong suggestion to my company stop using this.

Since the update, every time I switch tabs, it gets stuck on a loading screen. As well, please fix the issue where after every time your read an article linked in the app, it forces you back to the login page when you're done. Im already reading an article that's literally within the app. It shouldn't make me have to sign in again everytime I just go back to the homescrean
