Update: App issues were fixed, and the product works great now. Love them! App keeps crashing 1 day after install. Frustrating, I was really hoping this would work to schedule the opening and closing of tough to access shades. Reading other reviews, this may be an android issue (I have android 15 on Samsung phone). If i don't hear back from customer service, I will have to send these back unfortunately.

Shade motor works, but app is pretty bad at connecting. Bluetooth won't connect. Won't connect to WiFi, so I had to hard line it, and then after connecting to my network, it won't accept WiFi password that works _with every other device in the world._ It just outright lies and says "password incorrect" no matter how many times I type it in correctly. It's like trying to work with a R********n. (Yes, it's that bad.)

DON'T BUY. Pretty dissatisfied. After a short while the inside part that turns the chain gets taunt and they will offer you to send a new one for free but must pay shipping. The app doesn't work properly. It goes over the set limit, or disconnects from the app and needs to be reset and re installed. For the Mount of money, it's not worth the pain.
