- Request or reserve a tow truck to receive roadside assistance and track it in real time
- Open and manage parts
- Consult the status of the reports and their processing
- Photo-verify the vehicle without appointments or trips.
- Calculate the price and contract other policies for Línea Directa products
- Access the Línea Directa Por SER benefits program to accumulate savings and get discounts
- Accepting cookies allows you to analyze customer navigation in the App.

Terrible app! Basically a wrapper for their website. Why an app when all you can offer is the terrible website UX? Should have a look at their European counterparts to see how it is done.

Useless app. To be honest I was not expecting anything decent from Linea Directa. My experience with this company has always been painful. They never respond to email queries in a timely manner. Their 902 numbers are expensive and they are far too slow to respond. I needed an emergency repair last year but this company declined it despite the policy terms that said I was within my right to make such a claim. Their homeclaims department are trained to decline claims no matter what! AVOID LD!

Can't log in. It won't accept my customer ref and password. It just says "Check the entered details are right" in English. Tried emailing the Spanish developer, no reply. I was promised that I would be contacted by the developer by Direct Line UK but no, nada.
