Such a pointless app. You call or try using the AI driven chat which is painful, rarely works as intended, often crashes and never actually delivers. Either way, they can't help you and tell you you'll get a call back, that was Monday and Tuesday. it's now Thursday and guess what... NO CALL!

Bring back the old app, on the new one nothing is working, not even biometrics, can't log in like before. Really bad app and really good insurance company.

new update is wrong, I don't understand why instead of displaying the proper registration it is full of *** they took a good app and made hot garbage my registration number is not 12***BC it's 1234ABC and should be displayed as it
