About this app
Small Task turns the daily grind of a shift into a clear list everyone can see.
The manager assigns tasks; the team picks them up on their phone, marks them done, and everyone knows what's left — without group chats, sticky notes or “did you do it?”.
WHY TEAMS USE IT
• Assign a task to anyone on the team in seconds
• Staff complete tasks on their own phone, on the go
• Instant push notifications when a new task arrives
• See at a glance what's overdue, due today and coming up
• Repeating tasks for the chores that come back every shift
• Tags to sort and filter — bar, floor, supply, cleaning
• Reports on who did what, on time or late
BUILT FOR SHIFT WORK
Cafés, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, retail stores, hotels, cleaning crews — any team where the work is a checklist and the people change with the shift.
ROLES THAT MAKE SENSE
Owners and managers assign and review; employees see only their own tasks. No clutter, no confusion.
FREE AND PRO
Free covers a small team and the everyday basics. Pro adds instant notifications, repeating tasks, reminders, reports, more seats and removes ads.
WORKS OFFLINE
Mark a task done with no signal — it syncs the moment you're back online.
Start free. Create your company, add your team and put the shift on autopilot.
