About this app

Chatter helps to send and receive data with the help of sound. It DOES NOT REQUIRE WIFI and MOBILE DATA. When one user send the data then app generates sound with the help of that sound another user receive that data. It can be used for two or more user at same time. This is a beta version and soon its stable version will be released where user can chat with single user or with group according to their choice and other files like Images & emojis can also be transferred via this app.
