Ratings and reviews

It works okay. It can be slow to load and seems to go down often in my Apt complex. It then takes several days for it to resolved and back online. I do like that It has a widget for my Samsung phone. I would like a smaller widget added in the size of (2 X 1) for unlocking. This would be great , especially with the new UI7 update.

Digital key stopped working and I couldn't open my front door anymore. Eventually fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app which is a huge PITA when you're just trying to enter your home.

My experience with guest keys has been nothing but awful. Even creating an account is miserable and buggy
