It is not too much good app.The products are very costly even than market price. There is no special offer or discounts. The services are not much Satisfactionable. There is no control over the delivery man,the delivery man cancelled the order by its own, without asking the person who ordered. There is no proper customer care services too. But,I hope they'll update themselves, provide the products cheaper than retail market price and gives special offers time to time specially daily uses things

"I had a terrible experience with CityMall.live. Their partners are total thieves! They swapped out the product I ordered with something completely different. It's like they have a scam going on where they exchange goods and you end up with the short end of the stick. Don't trust this site if you want to receive what you actually ordered. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again."

The worst app I have ever used, the item we ordered didn't receive, delivery boy didn't deliver the complete grocery although after makint the complete payment, and there is no option to connect with customer support. I ordered groceries, but daal is missing as I wasn't available at home at the time of delivery, few more things were showing out of stock even after making the payment, and the things didn't receive yet it's been more than a month.
