Ordered a 4 pack of hot bags from the app so that I could start doing catering orders for this app and another app. I thought it would make my life easier but turned out to not be true. Ordered the hot bags on dec 30th and have not heard from them since. ive reached out to dispatch and have sent multiple emails and I can't get so much as a tracking number or update.

Arizona driver here. I like that it's easy to read the information for the gig. Kind of crazy having to go to the web to see the gigs and then back into the app to request, if you're fast enough to beat someone else to it, then it's yours. It would be great if the restaurants would have the food ready by the pick up time, as I've not experienced that yet, which makes you late for drop off. Dispatchers are awesome to work with! Keep up the great work!

Finally, I was able to sign up. Very few offers that disappear by the time you've done reading. I'm talking about 5-12 offers 5 days/week per 3 state area. I'm lucky to get 1 offer after 2 months of trying, maybe twice per month. You're charged $2/month to cash out, though the company that handles payments, more ( 5%) for instant or faster payouts. Recently- Aug 2023, the pay has been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced, so it's not worth it. They can't compete with the "Big guys".
