I am a Courial driver, and after a few weeks of using the app I can say that it's an excellent service to add to a gig worker's toolset. Though their text-based control center (how they assign you requested orders) needs quite a bit of improvement, especially where getting an order assigned to you in a timely manner is concerned (there are technical difficulties that they sometimes experience which delays their response), they are in turn extremely patient with their drivers.

Arizona driver here. I like that it's easy to read the information for the gig. Kind of crazy having to go to the web to see the gigs and then back into the app to request, if you're fast enough to beat someone else to it, then it's yours. It would be great if the restaurants would have the food ready by the pick up time, as I've not experienced that yet, which makes you late for drop off. Dispatchers are awesome to work with! Keep up the great work!

Great pay per trip! Better pay per trip than most of the other apps I use. I work full time for a freight broker managing accounts and tracking shipments so I can say from experience that their dispatch team does a great job. I only wish they had more trips available. I believe they are fairly new to the Boston area so I'm hoping with time they will.
