About this app

medPlan was created for physicians to track their on-call and work schedules. If your clinic prepares its schedule with medPlan, you will see your own schedule in this application.
IMPORTANT: This application is for doctors only. To use it, you must join via the invitation link sent to you by your clinic and receive approval from the clinic. Clinic administrators manage planning processes from medplan.live.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View your work schedule
List where you are on duty on each day of the month, day by day. You don't need to scroll through the large tables; each row represents a day, and your duty for that day is shown next to it. • Submit leave requests
Select the date range from the calendar, specify the type of leave, and add a description if desired. Track the approval status of your request from the same screen; receive notifications when it is finalized.
• Submit your on-call requests
Write your requests before the plan for the next month is prepared. You can edit your notes at any time until the plan is prepared. • Track your rotations
See which rotations you've completed, which ones you're continuing, and which ones are left unfinished, all on one screen. • Receive notifications
Be notified when your leave request is processed and a new schedule is published. You can turn off notifications at any time. • Download your plan
If your clinic's subscription is eligible, download your complete monthly work schedule as a PDF.
