It sent the verification email, I got it, but won't confirm the verification. I selected the "verify email" link on two different accounts. The same happened with both. It went to a "confirming email" page and the circle in the middle spun forever without confirming that I verified my email on either email account I used. Please test your app so your customers don't have the ridiculous results that I received.

The app works well for what it's advertised but is missing many features that are core to a smart home. 1: I should be able to see if my door is locked or unlocked. I should then be able to lock my door if needed. I don't know why the app only allows unlock. It's not even that useful. 2. why isn't there an option to schedule thermostat? 3. It should have the ability to integrate other smart devices using Google Assistant or Alexa.

Please review the YouTube tutorials found under Documents on the HOME screen for detailed info, including how to schedule your thermostat and door lock maintenance. Lots of room for improvement. QA seems to be severely lacking as the bugs encountered should have been mitigated by standard QA practices. The UI/UX are good, and when the app works, it works well. The inconsistent functionality can and should be fixed at the system level. Dev/QA team needs to pick up their feet here
