It sent the verification email, I got it, but won't confirm the verification. I selected the "verify email" link on two different accounts. The same happened with both. It went to a "confirming email" page and the circle in the middle spun forever without confirming that I verified my email on either email account I used. Please test your app so your customers don't have the ridiculous results that I received.

The app, the lobby intercom , rarely work ...if the power goes out the fire alarms go off when power is restored , they never fix anything ... if there was a lower rating than one star , I would use it ... total junk ! Currently thecapp only shows the lighthouse logo and an endlessly spinning arrow ...WEEKS LATER and all the app does is show the lighthouse logo and a forever spinning wheel as if it is loading something but it never goes away and the app is totally unresponsive total junk !!!

Update as on Jan 31, 2024: The app is still glitchy. With every new update, I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Even after that, I had to create an account all over again! Very frustrating! ----- Too many glitches in the app. The thermostat option keeps acting up. With the recent update, I've been locked out and the error message suggests that I create a new account. When I do, it flashes a "user already exists" message. I'm unable to login at all!
