It sent the verification email, I got it, but won't confirm the verification. I selected the "verify email" link on two different accounts. The same happened with both. It went to a "confirming email" page and the circle in the middle spun forever without confirming that I verified my email on either email account I used. Please test your app so your customers don't have the ridiculous results that I received.

The thermostat will turn off the heat if it gets to within 2 degrees of the temperature you set. This is too wide of a margin and needs to change. Absolute trash system and a known issue for years which they refused to improve. I need it to go to the temperature I set before turning off. Also needs the ability to adjust by 0.5 degrees. Old school thermostats are far preferable to this nonsense.

the app hardly works. It often doesn't connect to the lights or heating properly so you get an error message when trying to adjust those. my biggest issue is the Lobby Call feature. When I recieve a call from the Lobby my screen lights up and gives the option to answer but the phone itself doesn't vibrate or make sounds so unless you're expecting a call from the Lobby you're likely to miss it altogether. sometimes when you answer it doesn't let you unlock the Lobby door either.
