I have upgraded to pro using the option which it gives through the app. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account. Receipt for the same was recieved as well. However the pro mode never got activated and I have written to the support team and shared all the requested details. Yet, the issue is not yet resolved for more than 3 weeks. Rating 1 due to above. PS : Customer care takes 24 hours minimum to at least reply. For the last mail, it's been 48 hours.

Hello Helakuru Technical Team, I have been a Helakuru Pro user for the past couple of years and have always used the Helakuru Sinhala and English keyboard without any issues. However, I have been experiencing a very frustrating problem. Most of the time, either the Sinhala or English keyboard disappears randomly. This is truly frustrating experience. I have contacted your customer service dept many times but unfortunately no positive approach to sort out the issue pl look into this.

Hello team helakuru! Your application is very useful not only for typing but also for the awareness of the country through news. I thank you for that. But i encountered a bug like thing when i touch the bottom left corner button for symbols AFTER i enabled the number row in settings. The dimensions of the keypad is not on to the correct resolution. It just shifts down a little bit. Hope you could resolve it. 🤟
