Ratings and reviews

Sometimes when i try to do some payments via app (like mobile bill payments, CEB payments, water bills etc..) after entring the otp, it is always display confirmation error. when i try it for sevaral times (5 to 10 otp attempts) it success!. I have contact the sampath bank and they told the issue is in the app.not their API. this is a really messy thing. pls fix it. then i can rate 5 star

Password reset is a nightmare. Password apps like nordpass, 1password doesn't work. At least allow pasting a password, people don't memorize passwords anymore. How am i suppose "contact the bank" if i'm abroad?? On the date i'm writing this app has not been updated since November 20223. That's 5-6 months. Is this app secure anymore?

App can be more better than what it is. Can't register personal payee & can't get trasfer logs from mobile versions. Also without registering can't do 3rd party payments which some of competitors give from their mobile versions. Hope that this issue would resolve it
