MPAC enables field officers to collect loan repayments in remote or offline areas. When offline, payment data is stored securely on the device. A foreground service runs in the background with a persistent notification to monitor internet connectivity. Once the device is back online, the app automatically syncs stored data to the central server to ensure accuracy and reliability.

This service is critical to users in areas with poor connectivity to ensure real-time payment recording and reduce data loss.
