I had multiple incidents where the driver did not turn on the YoGo meter and used his normal meter instead. The company does not claim responsibility for it or do anything to correct this. I had to pay extra and had no bills to show. The app malfunctions as well. The app works better when the driver uses the driver app instead of the meter. However, the prices have increased without notice since I started using the app.

I encountered one of the most unprofessional drivers that was on your app. I was told to kept waiting saying that he was on his way and that he was nearby, but the tuk never came. When I kept calling him, he simply decided to ignore my calls. Please keep in mind that your customers are in a rush to get to their destinations and it ruins the experience. I will stop using the Yogo app entirely since I have not encountered this type of unprofessionalism from any of the driver's in other apps.

This review is for the app - the drivers and electric tuks are brilliant. The app does not show our location to the driver so they have to call and ask where they should pick you up. This also means you don't know where they are or when they are on the way to pick you up. The driver also does not know the drop location. On top of that the phone number for the driver on the app was incorrect. So basically the app is totally pointless. May as well have a hotline to call the tuks!
