This app has no customer care. After paying for a package, they don't do any investigation into the person. I've been complaining for days. There's no solution to those complaints. There's no information in this app that they're saying. Most of the posts uploaded are false.

Don't use this.Latest app update not work properly. It was stuck. Not user friendly than past update. I was activate silver package and charged 180/= +tax but it appear intial charge is pending. So i can't send request. I complained many times but they aren't care about it. 😡

App is good. Even though we buy premium service, we get only an additional 25 requests to send. After that we are getting 1 request per day and will have to wait until pending 25 requests getting closed to send daily new requests Which is not practical. And they have said if any person rejects a request, we will be getting another additional chance send a request for that ( for premium users), but that option doesn't work. It says we have used all 25 chances.
