IMPORTANT! Instruction manual for users:
We are trying to make the app better, looking for bugs, debugging it, therefore, so that you do not experience discomfort when interacting with our application, there are a number of recommended measures that are best followed in order to minimize incorrect application behavior:
- If the application is inactive (in other words, the user does not interact with it) for 15 minutes or more, for correct operation, it is recommended to close the application and reconnect to the block. Since your device can clear the data necessary to continue working.
- If the application behaves strangely, try to completely unload it from the phone's memory (close it in the list of active or minimized applications). And try to do the operation again.
- Work with firmware. When you have selected another active firmware from the available ones, or downloaded a new one, stay on the FirmwareUpdater page until the unit reboots and communicates with your mobile device. After a successful reboot, the list of firmware should be updated, information about the active firmware should be updated. A notification at the bottom of the screen will notify you that "the device has been connected." After that, you can continue to work.
New version of the AToolCloud application.
The application provides access to LB6Pro CM3 lift units that support connection to LKDSCloud and LB7 via the LKDSCloud cloud service.
Lift blocks must have access to the global Internet to connect to LKDSCloud.
To test the LU connection to LKDSCloud, press the "ON LIFT" and "CALL" buttons at the same time. If the LU has a connection to LKDSCloud, then the LU will play an audio prompt, in response to which, within 6 seconds, the LU will turn on the microphone and transmit sound from the microphone to LKDSCloud. Then the sound will be played on the LU through the speaker. If the "voice loop" is triggered, then the LU has a connection to LKDSCloud and the AToolCloudPlus application can contact this LU.
In the "connection" panel of the application, you need to enter the identifier (ID) of the LU and click the "Connect" button, then, for authorization, you need to simultaneously press the "ON LIFT" and "CALL" buttons on the lift unit, the identifier of which is entered. After successful authorization, a panel appears with a selection of functions.
It is possible to connect to the unit, excluding the use of the Internet. All you need to do is choose a Wi-Fi connection. Your smartphone must have Wi-Fi and location enabled. Then the space will be scanned for blocks with Wi-Fi enabled. When you select one of the blocks, an auto connection will be made via the factory settings password. If the unit has already been configured or the connection has not been made for another reason, you will be prompted to enter your password.
In the application, the ability to open the connection history has been added so that you can connect to units with which a connection has already been established.
For LB6Pro CM3, it is possible to call two service devices (LU, control station) and turn on voice communication with the machine room (i.e. with the unit itself) and with the elevator car.
For LB7, it is possible to call two service devices (LU, control station), turn on voice communication with the engine room (i.e. with the unit itself), with the elevator car and with all intercoms.
