How it works:

Place your order in minutes on our mobile app or website, we'll send a driver to pick up your items and you'll receive your order clean and folded in our signature blue Loopie duffel bags within 24hrs.


Our complimentary Loopie Duffel bags are provided for new customers :) Feel free to place items in a 13 gallon trash bag for new customers prior to receiving your Loopie Duffel bags!

Please note- everything in a bag gets washed together so if you'd like to have your items washed separately order two Loopie Duffels (or as many as you need!)

Ratings and reviews

- Customer service chat doesn't display history - Difficult to cancel orders- I had to delete the payment method - Increased price without notification - Uses basically task rabbit to pick up orders, but you can't interact with your driver via the app. Notes don't get passed on to the driver - Doesn't handle time zones correctly. Delivery and pickup times are off by an hour - Uses phone number for accounts instead of email, which makes it difficult if you have a couple managing household chores

The laundromat itself is great. My clothes return undamaged, clean, and folded. However, the app is poorly developed. The flow is strange. It also thinks Denver is in central time. I get panicked calls from drivers early in the morning when I'm sleeping. I sent customer service messages for weeks, but they never responded. They only responded to my messages after I asked them to reply. The time zone issue still has not been fixed. Contact less delivery is impossible when drivers arrive early.

First time using this and trying to set up an account. Allows me to enter my phone number and zip code. Will send me a verification code but there's no way to continue after that. Nowhere to answer my verification code or anything.
