Lost faith in this organization. I had signed up online (on the web). Then decided to download the app. But surprise! My username and password just gets me cannot login, check your information. So as a double check, I logged out of the web app/page and logged back in. I did this 3 times, shutting down the browser between log offs and log ons. Guess what, I never had an issue with the web app. I even tried to log into the phone app, while I was not logged in on the web, just in case. Alas after 10 frustrating minutes, I deleted the app. Now I'm seeing all the other complaints about logging on, in the reviews.

Turns out just having this app does not make you a global citizen you still need a passport to travel from country to another. Also I found that clicking buttons on a screen being power by fossil fuels doesnt really help mother earth.

after over 500 reviews and 120 draws without winning tickets, for me is a completely wasting time my thinking is, they only care for money is like a SCAM PERSONAL THOUGHT.... IS WHAT I THINK... WE ARE A GROUP OF 11 PERSONS OVER 50, ANYONE WON A SINGLE TICKET.... WE'LL STOP DOING RICHER TO SOME PEOPLES...
