ACE Catch is the field-workforce companion app for African Clean
Energy (ACE). Sales, deliveries and customer care — the tool ACE's
sales agents, delivery drivers, maintenance teams, and contracted
gig workers use to record their work with customers across Uganda,
Kenya, Cambodia, Lesotho, and Senegal.
THIS APP IS FOR ACE FIELD WORKERS ONLY. It requires an account
issued by ACE to your country's operations team. The general public
cannot register for or use this app.
If you are an ACE customer (you own an ACE One stove and pay for it
through a PAYG plan), please install ACE Connect instead — that is
the customer-facing app.

WHAT ACE CATCH DOES
Sales
• Spot Sales — immediate cash purchase, with stove serial scan,
customer signature, and proof-of-payment capture.
• Credit Sales — PAYG loans with deposit, repayment schedule,
and full Know-Your-Customer (KYC) flow including ID photo,
signature, occupation, income, and household details.
• Demos — record household demos with GPS, customer details,
and attendee counts.
Deliveries
• Driver-side flow for assigned fuel deliveries.
• Customer-arrival acknowledgement, photo proof of delivery,
and on-the-spot payment collection.
Customer care
• Maintenance visits — capture the customer's issue, resolve
on-the-spot or open a case for follow-up, before-and-after
photos.
• Resolution tasks — close out cases by mode (in person or phone),
outcome (resolved, partial, refused, escalated), and notes.
• Energy surveys — full household energy profile including
burning fuels, electricity sources, traditional cookers, and
cost summary for impact measurement and carbon credit
calculation.
WHY ACE CATCH EXISTS
ACE generates verified carbon credits from clean-cooking impact in
five African and Asian markets. Accurate field data is the
foundation of that work. ACE Catch replaces a patchwork of forms
and tools that ACE field workers previously used with a single
offline-capable Android app that captures every customer
interaction, syncs to Salesforce when online, and gives field
workers a leaderboard of points and team rankings for the work
they record.
OFFLINE-FIRST
ACE Catch works without an internet connection. Forms you complete
in the field are queued to a local outbox and sync to ACE's
servers as soon as your device reconnects. Your work is never
lost.
LANGUAGES
English, French, Khmer, Wolof — selected based on your country
and team assignment.
PRIVACY
ACE Catch handles real customer personal information including
names, phone numbers, national ID numbers, photos, and GPS
locations. We take this seriously. All data is encrypted in
transit, stored in ACE's central Salesforce system, and accessible
