About this app

ACE InvMan is the inventory management app used by African Clean Energy
staff to track stock across warehouses, depots and storage locations.

This app is for authorised African Clean Energy employees only. It requires an
account issued by the company and is not intended for general use.

Features

Stock by location. See what is held at each warehouse, depot or storage
location, item by item.

Barcode and QR scanning. Scan product and location codes with the device
camera to identify items and destinations without typing serial numbers by
hand.

Serial number tracking. Record and look up individual serialised units,
including ACE One cookstoves, by serial number.

Add stock. Register newly received or newly produced items into a location and
adjust quantities as stock is counted.

Convert stock. Move items between product states, for example recording a
repossessed unit as refurbished once it has been reconditioned.

Transfers between locations. Raise a transfer request from one location to
another, review the items requested, and confirm the transfer. Receiving staff
scan and accept the items on arrival, so both ends of the movement are
recorded.

Transfer history. Review outstanding and completed transfer requests.
