Their service is good but the management is not good. They do some things, they do some things, they charge some things, they are not good at all. Their management is not good. I had Smith, they said 50 GB on roaming, it has been a few months, now my 50 GB roaming is not working and extra bills are added on top. When I call, they do not attend the call. The app has a lot bugs, which no one tries to fix. Time to time it un-login me for no reason and I have to login again. Furthermore In order to see correct bill I have to log out and log in! "Mobile Id" authentication doesn't work with no errors. And other bugs which I can see for more than a year! And off course there is no English!
