The app is supposed to replace the card. The recent forced update made me download the new version in the middle of checking out, then asked me for my card number to log back in, as if I memorized it. Terrible user experience, learn to code. Guys you don't need this app, you can add your IKI cars to your Google and Apple and Samsung wallets, it works and never logs you out in the middle of the store!

Previously the app worked completely fine, the bar code was easy to read and always worked on the first try - after the new update it was changed to a tiny QR code which takes about 4-5 attempts to scan at the checkout - please remove the ugly unappealing soulless AI graphic that takes up half of the screen and make the code a normal size again so it's actually usable, thanks 👍

The app is just inconvenient. Keeps on crashing, in self checkout requires the confirmation from personnel which is bizarre and in some shops can take a while for someone to show up. The half of receipt don't show up. The pigintuvas code hasn't worked once. Never had problems with competitor apps like maxima and lidl. Edit: receipt and pigintuvas finally works. there been a new bug, if you wanna check discount booklet the website sends you to the app and it sends you to the app download page...
