The worst. Assistants are not helpful at all. It takes three hours to days to order one single plan because of "oops, sudden error" message. Does not explain what's wrong or fix this bug. Thinking of switching to another provider than have to deal with such time-consuming, incompitent and buggy app supplement.

Good app, but the 'save card' function never works - no matter how many times I check it, next time ai want to buy a plan or top up the account, I need to enter it anew. It's super uncomfortable if your plan ends on the go, as you need to enter your card details for the 100th time. Would also be great if the app could be reachable when thr internet plan ends, just like the narsyk subdomain. Hope this can be sorted soon!
