Free first time delivery was gone as soon as quarantine began. Also, the app does not save my time at all. I would still have to go to the store after the order, since the range of products is smaller than in a shop. Take an example of 'Barbora', where you can find everything that is in the biggest stores. While with Last Mile you aren't able to buy things that you usually buy in a physical store that you chose in app.

Karolina, kiekvieną dieną siekiame savo klientus aptarnauti kaip įmanoma sklandžiau. Jei kitą kartą apisperkant turėsite nesklandumų, programėlėje spauskite „pradėti pokalbį” langelį, aprašykite esamą situaciją ir ji bus išspręsta akimirksniu! Primename, jog esant nesklandumams suteikiame iki 100proc. pinigų grąžinimo garantiją!

Works fine on laptop and iOS, but Android is very, very buggy. - Product lists are becoming crazy slow when loading more than 2 pages. - After loading second page in any list, all other lists become unusable. - It is impossible to select alternative when product is not found. - Recently adding additional products to an existing order became impossible because search always comes back empty.

There are a couple of things which could be improved: 1. When I need to choose an alternative and there are no suitable ones I'd like there to be a "don't buy this item" option. 2. When compiling the order I'd like to mark certain things as necessary, I.e, if there isn't the brand I chose, I'd like the courier to get any available option. Alternatively, I'd like to choose other options in advance. 3. It would be amazing if you implemented an option to return or reuse the paper bags.
