Nomi Food Courier is a work app for approved Nomi Food couriers.
Logged in couriers can:
• view and accept delivery offers;
• view pickup and delivery information;
• track the route and change the delivery status;
• receive notifications about offers and order changes;
• contact the support team;
• view profile, delivery history, ratings and submitted work statistics.
When the courier is logged in and online, the app uses the exact location for routing and operational work coordination, including running in the background. During an active delivery, the courier's location can be seen by the customer who placed the order. The administration and support team can see it while the courier is online. Location sharing can be stopped by turning off the shift.
The app is intended for approved courier accounts only; registration is carried out separately.
