Ratings and reviews

I'd highly discourage anyone from using their service. I'm unable to get my account verified 5 times, due to "poor photo quality" when submitting photos of my document. Yes, I've ensured that the documents are perfectly legible. At this point, I can only speculate that they're rejecting my verification on purpose. And the profiling questions they asked are inappropriately invasive. To add insult to injury, their customer support is almost nonexistent.

I don't understand why they take a long time for accounts verification, come on, just tell me if I'm accepted or not, I don't have time to waiting your answer for many weeks

The app is very basic, reminds me of year 2011 😅 No clear links to withdraw €. Cryptos I have are not on top of list, so I always have to scroll down to find it 🐛 If you trying to withdraw crypto, have to enter 6 digits number delivered by email, which never works 😠 Company's responses on here very generic, instead of reading our feedback and fixing problems, so I won't bother to contact customer support because of what already had to be fixed ages ago 😑 2* feedback is far too good tbh 🤔
