Speigo is the offline-first F-gas logbook for refrigeration and HVAC service companies, built on EU Regulation 517/2014. It turns a field engineer's on-site work into an audit-ready refrigerant record — no paper, no spreadsheets.
▶ Built for F-gas compliance
Every leak check, every gram of refrigerant added or recovered, logged against the individual unit. Speigo computes CO2e from refrigerant type (GWP) and charge, then schedules the next leak check by the correct 517/2014 band. When a regulator asks, the office generates a per-equipment F-gas logbook as a PDF in seconds.
▶ What you get
✓ Equipment list with live compliance status — overdue, due soon, or OK at a glance
✓ QR scan to open an equipment record on site
✓ Automatic CO2e and leak-check deadlines from GWP and charge
✓ Visit logging — job type, refrigerant added/recovered, leak-check result, notes, photos, customer signature
✓ Works offline — log jobs with no signal; syncs automatically when you reconnect
✓ Audit PDF logbook generated by the office side on demand
▶ Why engineers and compliance leads choose Speigo
✓ Offline-first — reliable in basements, plant rooms, rooftops and warehouses
✓ Real 517/2014 logic — CO2e bands, leak-check intervals and deadlines computed correctly, the same engine behind the web dashboard and the PDF
✓ No ads and no third-party tracking — a compliance app that does not monetise your data
✓ Minimal permissions — camera and photos only; no location, no contacts, no background access
✓ Fast, clean interface in English, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian
▶ Which F-gas rules apply to you
Speigo is built on EU Regulation 517/2014. Great Britain runs on the assimilated (post-Brexit) copy, so GB refrigeration engineers recognise the same CO2e bands and leak-check intervals. Ireland and Northern Ireland follow the EU 2024/573 recast. The record-keeping duties are the same — one refrigerant logbook covers your jurisdiction.
▶ Who it's for
Commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC service firms and their field engineers who must keep per-equipment refrigerant records and F-gas leak checks. Speigo is a focused compliance logbook, not a heavyweight field-service suite.
Speigo requires a service-company account — there is no public in-app sign-up. To evaluate Speigo, contact info@webxpert.lt.
