When buying anything from them say no to every extra as clearly as you can, they add insurance as a "gift" and then they make you pay for it. There is no way you can cancel it in the app you must call them or go to the store. They embraced dark patterns and scummy behaviour as company policy so overall cannot recommend any of their services.

App is laggy as hell, experiencing constant freeze time, app doesnt load 30% of time, signing in with bank acc takes longer than on website and the format of information you need to provide brings you 10 years back. It requires you to login avery single time, "remember me" option works incorrectly, it remembers different kind of info. Bassically it takes you longer to pay your bill on app than it would have using some mcdonald wifi on 15 years old pc browser.

It would be great to have not only Lithuanian interface, but English. And payment interface could be more straightforward - entering client id, personal code in bank app each time is a little bit boring. One touch payment by credit card would be handy. Everything else is ok.
