CrecheWorks uses role-based access so parents see their own children, while centre teams see only the information needed for their work. Children's information is handled for participating centres under South African privacy requirements.

An account is supplied by a participating centre. CrecheWorks is made for adult centre owners, staff, parents and guardians; it is not a children's game or public social network.
